The Badge Planner and Shift Log store manual entries in your browser’s local storage. Those values are not submitted to our server, Roblox or an account API. Clearing browser/site data removes them; CSV export is initiated by you. Do not enter names or sensitive personal information into your records.
The static site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, whose infrastructure may process basic request information under Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Optional Google Analytics only loads if this site has its own configured measurement ID and you explicitly choose Allow analytics. Rejecting it leaves the tools available. You can change the choice using the footer control. Analytics, when enabled, receives page usage information under Google’s privacy policy, not your log fields.
YouTube embeds are click-to-load and use youtube-nocookie.com. Loading a video or following an external source link contacts that third party, subject to its policy. The site currently has no advertising publisher code or account sign-in. Policy date: 8 October 2026. Correction channel status is on Contact and correction status.
